This maks us rlax and at th sam tim maks us dvlop ourslvs in all aspcts.

以前我们自己的时间很少。上了一整天的课后，我们就急匆匆地赶回家做作业。我们几乎没有什么课外活动。然而课程改革后我们有了很多自己的时间，因此学校为我们提供了很多课外活动，例如打羽毛球、做韵律操、欣赏音乐等等。我们可以选择我们喜欢的去做。这使我们放松，同时也使我们在各方面发展自己。
